  • Final cleaning, on-site host availability, bed & bath linens: €420/6 people (+€15 per extra person)
  • Linen refresh (for stays >7 nights): €150/6 people (+€20 per extra person)

  • No rentals to youth groups or party groups
  • Deposit: Upon arrival, a deposit of €500 will be temporarily blocked on your personal credit card as a guarantee against potential damages. After your stay, the host will conduct an inspection upon key return. If no damage is found, the deposit will be fully released. Any damages incurred will be deducted.
  • Outdoor music prohibited after 10:00 PM
  • Swimming prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM (noise regulations)
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa
  • Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM
  • Parents are responsible for their children
